I have an urgent question!
I am doing a project on Physical Therapy and I need to find out how to treat an athlete’s torn cartilage in his right knee. If you could give me some pointers I would greatly appreciate it.

My mother aged 86 fractured her neck of femur Sept 1st 2012. Due to the fracture being through the ball she had a partial arthroplasty. Even though she has done all the exercises etc she is still unable to weight bear and still walks just a few steps with a walking frame. As a result she is living with me and is unable to care for herself. She has no health problems and is well motivated to get better. What can we do? Thanks Madeline
