i had my back x ray, the results shows that I have mild lumbar levoscoliosis & lumbar osteophytosis. what does it mean? can this be cure by medicine or do I have to undergo operation? help me pls tnx

I noticed on a copy of an x-ray that I had recently that it listed mild levoscoliosis of the dorsal spine . Also on a list of findings it had Thoracic spine scoliosis. My DR. didn’t mention it and I only noticed it when I left her office and looked at the report.
