I think i jammed my thumb
About two days ago I was playing basketball and I hit my thumb some how. The bone in my lower thumb is poking out of the side of it. I thought it was briken but I can move it. But when I move it it hurts pretty bad. Can you tell me what you think I did and how to heal it.

HELP, I jammed my thumb 4 weeks ago and it is still in severe pain if I move it or grip with it. Whant can I do???
