Gracey, I’m not an expert, but I like to help. I used to work for Estee Lauder and Lancome so I learned alot about the skin and how it works. Sometimes it’s not what you need to eat, but what you need to eliminate from your diet. If your diet consists of greasy, processed, fast foods with preservatives and tons of salt or dairy then you have a problem. Your body is not able to control all those kinds of things so it’s eliminating through your skin and causing skin problems. You should try to stop eating that way if that’s the case. Definitely stop drinking soda if you drink it and replace it with good quality water ( not tap water ). Your body needs water to survive and to support all your organs. Your skin is the largest organ you have so it’s important to give it what it needs. When you think you’re craving a snack, drink water because what alot of people don’t know is that they aren’t hungry, they are thirsty. It will make a big difference, I know it will. If you aren’t using a skincare regimen, you should do start. It doesn’t have to be an expensive one, maybe something like a three step ALMAY skincare system you can get from Target or Walgreen’s.
