inside heel and side of instep pain
Have pain inside of heel and side of instep, inside of instep swells or knots up and at times turns dark colored.
Have to prop foot up on pillow to ease pain.
Work on concerete so very hard to baby the foot when it hurts.

Please go see a podiatrist. Even if I guessed correctly what your problem is, you still would need treatment.
