Itchy bottoms of Feet

(2 discussions)

I had a motor vehicle accident about 1 month ago.
I sustained minor cervical and lumbar injuries.
About two weeks after the accident, the bottoms of my feet started itching.
I do not have any signs of a rash on the bottom of my feet.
The itch seems to be worse at night.
I have tried cortisone creams, benadryl ointments and lotions, the only thing that seems to help is ice.
Please help!!

Mine started last week I told my husband he gave me athletes foot (he had it) and he asked where I said the bottoms he said that isnt athletes foot I have a friend that suggests that it’s a sign of a sugar issue (diabetes or something). Hmmmm something to discuss with my Doctor. I put my feet in hot water… as hot as I can take it and just keep adding hot water until it looks like I’m wearing read socks. I hope I find a cure soon.
