Jones Fracture – – 18 days ago

I am 47 female.
I suffered jones fracture – two fractures – eighteen days ago.
Dr. says fracture is healing fine – perfect. . . three more weeks of non-weight bearing – then two in the boot with weight bearing.
Are the next three weeks As critical to stay off @ 100%?
I have been sliding a bit with light balancing on the foot the past couple of days as their is no pain.

Justina,Jones’ fractures are notoriously difficult to heal. I believe that it would be in your best interest to remain non weight bearing as instructed by your doctor. Immobilization for these types of fractures are very important as they are easily displaced. Good luck to you!MistiI am 47 female. I suffered jones fracture – two fractures – eighteen days ago.
