jumpers knee?

Hello.
I am 21 yrs old and am in good shape.
I was very active, playing football and basketball nearly every day.
I went home from school for about a week and a half and I did not play any sports or do anything athletic.
When I came back to school, I played basketball and I felt something wierd in my knee when I jumped. After I played, I had a pain in my upper shins…kind of like shin splints, but really high on my shins, right below my knees.
The right one is worse, but they both are painful.
I was wondering if you could give me any info on treatment or even what is going on.
I play football and I am worried that this will be a nagging thing.
It is painful for me to walk up stairs or try and jump/squat down. Over the weekend, I took some time off, and they got better, but then I played today and the pain is back even worse.
I’m not sure if they are related, but I pulled my hamstring really bad in the fall and am just now feeling 100%.
I would appreciate any information you can give me, thank you.

hi, i’m 18 years old and am very active doing a sports degree in college and playing for two or three football teams a week. about two months ago I felt a pain in my back but not like a stretch. its like the actual bone at the back of my pelvis is hurting. when ever I play football my back ends up almost completely “giving up”. i’ve been to a chiropracter before but the cost is too much. I was just wondering what mite be wrong with it. thank you for your time!
