Hi, I am a freshman in college, and play on the womens basketball team.I am starting to develop the third stage of jumpers knee, and it is only preseason.I’m getting pain while making any sharp cuts, and running in general. I have been icing and heating,and also wearing straps. But with practices day after day, it is just getting worse. Could you please give me ANY suggestions that you may have, as I have a long 4 years ahead of me.Thank you for your time…-Timyra Hudson
