knee

i hurt my knee in december and tore cartilage I had surgery in january this as my second surgery in this knee but I had physical therapy for about three months after therapy I started back playing basketball again full time but my knee still hurts when I run hard on it and when I push off on it..while my knee every stop hurting is there anything I can do for it
