Knee Pain

I am a truck driver and I was working last year and I had jumped out of the truck and I think I must have come down wrong but after then My knee started to bother me real bad, a couple of days after I had jumped out of the truck is when it really started to bother me, If I tried to run I would get a sharp pain in my Knee, it isn’t as bad of a pain now, but it still bothers me if I have to walk long distances, could someone please tell me what I might have done.
