knee support
Good day, My problem is, I have meniscus tear in both my right and left knee, and still love to play basketball and other contact sports, what do you think is the best knee support I should use for my knee conditions. thank you and more power.

There are lots of knee braces for “cartilage support” on the market; different ones seem to work for different individuals. There is no “Gold Standard” brace that doctors recommend. I would suggest that you call you Orthopedist and/or PT for their recommendations. Let us know what they suggest, and good luck.
