Knot on lower back
My boyfriend has a knot on his lower right back near his tailbone.
I found it about three months ago and since then it has doubled in size to where it is now around the size of a washer.
He says it doesn’t hurt, but it is hard and cannot be moved around. Do you have any idea what it might be?

My boyfriend had a polynidal cystectomy *( I know I spelled all of the wrong )* It was a knot that turned into a cyst. It started off as NOT PAINFUL but then got to the point that he would push it and let it drain. The Dr. said it comes from wearing a tool belt, and other things. Have it checked out! !! !
