L5 Bulged Disc

I am currently going to a Chiropractor for my bulged disc. Do you think a bulged disc bulged at 10CM is something I could recover from?Please help with any advise as I am getting frustrated with the pinched nerves for over a year now. I am 31 so I know I have the will power and strength to recover.
