L5 Bulged Disc
I am currently going to a Chiropractor for my bulged disc. Do you think a bulged disc bulged at 6CM not 10CM sorry about that last one. Is something I could recover from?Please help with any advise as I am getting frustrated with the pinched nerves for over a year now. I am 31 so I know I have the will power and strength to recover.

You will recover….37 had severe back pain same area…..Tried Chiro(Am still doing chiro) The best is accupuncture and deep massage off set each week…You will be amazed… I was good luck
