Hello, I have recently been informed that I may have torn my lateral miniscus, which may need to be repaired surgically. Because I do not have health insurance, I am very nervous about this diagnosis. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much such a procedure tends to cost.Any help would be greatly appreciated,Nicole

I met with a femure fracture in which my bone was broken in two pieces in center. I have been put a nail. I have recovered and can walk without any pain other than slight pain in my hips due to tip of rod.its now SIXTEEN years since I had this accidentplease can u tell mea)What is the criteria for removing the nail.b)what is the risk after removing it.c)Is this part of bone weaker than other bonesd)How can I make it strong.f)am I going to face any complication later in my life because of thisThanks for the replies

broke my femur at 28 I am now 65. No problems in all those years.
