Was your arm over your head when you woke up? Sounds like you pinched a nerve when you were sleeping. This could last for sometime. But, it could also be caused by some sort of virus…don’t know which one. If you are still haveing these symptoms after a day or so I would recommend you go see a neurologist and get checked out…this is nothing to fool around with. Good luck, Mya
