Limited elbow/arm movement

Due to playing Squash very regularly, I developed Golfer elbow pain but I kind of assumed/adjusted/tolerated this pain over the pleasure of game. So, one evening I was doing push ups (same day I played extensive Squash in morning) and during that something happened to my right elbow. I don’t think something popped but there was this horrible pain at the back side of elbow, below triceps, an inch above the elbow edge. I stopped for of couple minutes and tried to do push ups again but pain was unbearable that I just gave up doing exercise. I then realised that this is not just push-up thing but I also cannot extend my arm fully. Also I was unable to fold my arm completely. According to MRI, no fracture or dislocation but “Extensive partial tear of Brachialis muscle” and “a small joint effusion is present”.Month has gone by and some nerve pinching and pains are gone but I still cannot extend of retract my arm fully. I can extend between 30 degree and 150 degree. Please help. Thanks in advanceAbbas
