Hi. I am in realitively good shape, excercise regulary, not over weight but I have love handels that have never gone away. Or there any excercises that get help get rid of them!!please help!!
Sounds like you need to add some serious aerobic activity to your workout…if you’re doing lots of lateral (sidebending) exercises with weights you may be building up your abdominal obliques thus contributing to the bulk of your love handles.
