lower back pain
after I sit or lay my lower back hurts so bad I can hardly stand. Once standing for a while it loosens up where I can work, squat and bend with out much pain, I did work in an attic last weehend and did a lot of bendind and squating. Would this be muscular or spinal and what should I take for the pain
