Shelly, I suffered with this/similar problem for over a year. I had to take muscle relaxants and anti-flammatory drugs to mask/relieve the pain. One day I decided to quit eating beef, within one month I was pain free and remain to this day. I now eat beef once or twice a month with no problems. It’s great! I know it sounds silly, but it worked for me and it beats being in a drug induced fog.
