lump in my foot
i’m on the dance team, and we’ve been practicing a lot and i’ve been pretty hard on my feet. Earlier I noticed a pea size lump in the middle of the arch of my foot, like inside. I don’t know if it’s a muscle that I pulled maybe. or its just a part of the foot.

While I can not say for certain without examining you, one thing that occurs in the arch of the foot is a plantar fibroma. You might want to see a podiatrist or orthopedist for an examination.
