lump on back

My boyfriend has a lump on the bottom of his spine and has been having headaches and back aches.
He is in construction and is lifting and straining his back alot, what could this be?

a couple of months ago I noticed a lump at the bottom of my back over to the right hand side just at the top of my bum, I have been told it is a fibroid and not to worry, but I understand a fibroid to be on your reproductive organs. tahanks

Recently I have been having slightly leaky breasts and then last night my shoulders were really tight and I asked my friend who is a masseuse to look at my shoulders and neck. As she was massaging my neck she found a big lump on my right shoulder. The lump is about the size of a half a golf ball. I am only 28 what could be wrong with me?
