I think I might have broken a small bone in my foot 2 years ago. It healed after a while and the pain went away. I started doing step aerobics 6 months ago and noticed a hard lump on the top outside portion of my foot. It seems to have grown some since I started my work out routine. I am having pain with my foot when I sit cross legged and when I try to sleep on that side at night. That foot now seems to tingle sometimes throughout the day. What do you think it could be and how can I correct it.
