Lump on talus

I’m a 27 yo male and realized about two years ago that I had a lump forming on the talus of my left foot.
Initially, I thought nothing of it, as it seemded to get a little smaller over time, but never completely going away.
This past week I noticed it has gotten much larger and is a little tender just below the lump.
When touching it, it feels almost rubbery.
It is not causing me any discomfort, but I wasn’t sure if this was something to worry about.

Without seeing this I can not say for sure. One possibility is a ganglion cyst, but there could be other possibilities. You need to have this checked out.
