lumps beneth my knee

hello, I am unable to walk (due to severe ME) and have been crawling for the past year and half (just to the toilet and back to bed). My friend who also crawls was talking about these 2 lumps she has, one beneth each knee (about 3cms beneth it) its like a bone, kinda a second knee cap, until she mentioned it I thought it was totaly normal, I have them, and they are very sore when any pressure is applied (which is unavoidable as its my only means of transport so to speak). Do you know what this could be? someone mentioned Osgood Schlatters Disease to me. I don’t have a good relationship with my GP so can’t ask them, nor can I leave the house. Thank yoiu love vikki xx
