Unfortunately I have been diagnosed (upon a recent MRI) with a torn medial meniscus. The tear is very small. I have been weight training several times per week prior to the injury. Can you tell me what leg exercises I can do that would be beneficial to this injury ie to strengthen the muscles surrounding the MM ( and the ligament itself)? I want to continue my weight training but of course want to allow time for healing. I am just looking for leg exercises that would compliment recovery, not slow it down.Thanks.
