metatarsal and hamstring
When I run, my right third and fourth metatarsal on the ball of the foot gets sore, I think that this metatarsal arch has collapsed and it in turn causes strain on the hamstring, the longest muscle in the back of my right thigh. Is there a metatarsal arch support? I will need to combine it with an arch support which I use to keep my knee and hip from getting sore.

You might also have a neuroma. The best thing to do is see a podiatrist. If all you need is a metatarsal pad added to your orthotic, that should be pretty simple. If it is more involved then you will know.Hope this helps.
