Metatarsal Injury

I hit myself in the foot (hard!!) with a hammer about 72 hours ago, at or just below the Linsfranc joint on the first metatarsal.
My foot swelled immediately, but only had minor bruising.
RICE brought the swelling down to near normal, and pain isn’t severe unless something touches it.
I’m able to walk without problems, but I may be compensating somewhat.
My main concerns are that I have an indentation on the top of my foot at the site of injury and some minor and intermittent numbness of the injured area and below that.
With bruising, swelling and pain at a minimal, is it possible that I have a fracture?
