morning foot pain

I have occcasional morning foot pain although, it has been more frequent lately. it is sever enough that I hobble rather then walk for about 5 -10 minutes. I do not have any known medical condition such as diabetes or poor circulation. I am 49 yeears old.. Any ideas on what its all about?
