Morton’s Neuroma
I was diagonosed with a neuroma over five years ago in my right foot.
I wear an orthodic in my running shoes. I have lived with the pain.
Now, both feet have that neuroma pain when I wear shoes with any pressure on the foot, which includes most shoes.
If I end up going the surgery route, will I have to stay completely off my feet in order to heal?
Also, can walking too soon after surgery cause damage?
Thanks for the input.

You are able to walk afterwards, but running would have to be out for several weeks. Your surgeon would need to discuss your concerns with you. You can also do a search (like on Google) for Morton's neuroma
