I recently saw a website from a foot care center in St. Louis MO where they perform a less invasive option to traditional neuroma surgery. They described it as a percutaneous release of the deep transverse metatarsal ligament only. They said they’re having great success with it, but I can’t find anyone who lives near me on the east coast who performs this procedure. Do you know anything about it and do you think it’s a good idea?
