My MRI results said that it saw a broad based bulging annulus in L3-L4 and in L4-L5.
It said that it causes mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing but no significant central canal stenosis.
The remainer of the MRI (L1-L5) showed no significant ventral extradural defect.
I am 51 and am very healthy and did yoga 4 days a week. First what does the MRI results mean and how is it typically treated. Next, could this have been caused by the yoga?
I had no injury prior to yoga and have been doing it about a year.

i was dx with a mild diffuse disc bulging and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L3-L4, and L4-L-5 causing borderline canal stenosis, and at L4-S1 there is a mild diffuse disc bulging casing mid canal senosis and bilatereal neuroforaminal narrowing, There are a couple of tiny right renal calculi without hydronephrosis changes .. What can be done to fix this and how bad would you say it is. thank you

i’m 44 year old male, I had an MRI taken following a job injury while lifting boxes of ceramic tile this are my MRI resuts at L3/L4 severe degenerative disc changes as well as 4.4 mm broad base disc protrusion that effaces the thecal sac.this measures 4.1 mm flexion and 5.2 mm in extension . THIS PRODUCES BILATERAL NEUROFORAMINAL NARROWING CAUSING EFFACEMENT OF THE L3 EXITING NERVE ROOTS . BILATERAL FACET ARTHROSIS WITH LIGAMENTA FLAVA HYPERTROPHY IS PRESENT.at L4/L5 severe degenerative disc changes as well as a 3.3 mm broad base disc protrusion that effaces the thecal sac this measures 3.3 mm in flexion and extension. this produces bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing causing impingement on the l4 exiting nerve roots . bilateral facet arthrosis with ligamenta flava hypertrophy is present .BILATERAL FACET ARTHROSIS WITH LIGAMENTA FLAVA HYPERTROPHY IS PRESENT.DOCTOR I HOPE YOU CAN GIVE ME AN IDEA ON HOW SERIOUS MY CODITION MAY BE .
