L1–L2 demonstrates unremarkable level and L5–S1 says the same L4–L5 demonstrates minor disc bulgeno HNP and conus medullaris is seen at the L1 level what does this stuff mean. please
HNP conus medullaris: The most distal bulbous part of the spinal cord. It should be around L1about 45% of all individuals symptomatic or not have a minor disc bulge according to some studies.
