My daughters feet

My 14 year old daughter is very active. She plays volleyball, softball and is a varsity Cheerleader.
In the last 6 months I have noticed that she is starting to turn her feet out.
When she lands on her jumps and dismounts she is landing with her feet pointed out.
She has injured her hip this year because of this.
What could be causing this and how can we fix this?

First an examination of her feet and legs is indicated both off weight bearing and walking. I’m not sure what you can do (and I don’t think nagging a teenager is going to get satisfactory results)You should make an appointment to see a podiatrist for further evaluation.
