I started walking 90 minutes day in May up to July and in July my right foot started crampimg in the middle after walking only 5 minute .
I have tryed to keep going but it hurts to bad so I have to stop . DO you think that viscospot will help I would like a start walking again ?

Your foot could be cramping for several reasons. Without an examination, I can not tell for sure. You could have a neuroma, a stress fracture, or plantar fasciitis, for example. You should see a podiatrist for further evaluation and recommendations. I'm sorry I can't tell you more. Good luck. Vivian A DPM
