Hello,Not too long ago I was doing an intesne cardio routine…one that I had been dong for a while..and I kept getting these massive cramps in my chest area and in the left side of my back. I went to the chiro and he said that I had a couple of misaligned ribs. He adjusted them, but no matter what I do or don’t do, my ribs keep getting knocked out of alignment. I don’t feel any pain, only when I press against certain parts of my ribs and sternum. What can I do to get my ribs fixed?
