Neck Brace Problems

Hello, I am currently in a SOMI Neck brace after surgery and am having problems with a rash on my chin. It seems like the chin piece of the brace may be too high.Is there anything I can do to help with the rash. I am to be in this darn thing for 8 more weeksThank youJanet
