I pulled my outer lower bicep area that goes into the joint were the forearm and bicep meet. I pulled it doing hammer curls. I tried to work thru my injury for several weeks instead of quitting It’s been 8 months and I still cannot do any form of bicep exercise. I had an mri showing chronic tendonitus. My physical therapist said I ripped a muscle and my accupunturist sais it was all the above. Simply put I want to workout with weights again but cannot seem to get ovet this injury. It draws up on me at night and I use ice/moist heat during the day. Ive tried multiple antiflammatories. What should I do to get this injury too heal??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
