Neurological or Spinal Problem?

My back and neck crack – a LOT! That’s not the problem. The problem is when I’m having “episodes” of a lot of cracking, I seem to be having neurological symptoms as well. About 2-3 times/day (while I’m sitting at my desk – I even have one of those ergonomic chairs) I have spells where I feel like I’m going to fall over and have to “catch” myself, even though I’m already sitting down. A handful of times, I would swear I even blanked out.
