Hi Folks, I am suffering some awful pain under the feet.
The pain is as if I were walking on little marbles and knives.
The feet are numb and the lower leg tingles.
There is swelling in the foot also.
I am wearing orthotics to take the weight off the ball of the foot as I have an extremely high arch.Is this a condition connected with diabetis? Is there massage of self help here for me.Does this ever get better.I am presently loosing weight a little and my diet is good as I am a nutrition analyst. My shoes are as comfortable as shoes can get.Is this a stress problem as I live with a very difficult partner who makes life very hard to take ….I also wear compression stockings..firm compression for serious varicose veins..they have in the past been very helpful.I am waiting for this mess to go away….Can you help.
Many thanks for attention given to this email.

Many thanks for attention given to this email. You may need to see a specialist and get tests done on your lower leg to see if adequate blood flow is getting to your lower legs and feet. This could be serious. A neuroma usually doesn’t cause those types of symptoms.
