non-injury ankle pain
A couple of years ago I began having pain in my ankle when I would walk for extended periods.
I have not had any pain in the ankle for nearly a year.
In June of this year I was in an auto accident and the pain began again. I have nearly fallen several times and it hurts even when I am sitting down. The doctor took an xray and said there was degeneration in the ankle.
I have a history of avn (Keinbock’s disease) in my right wrist. Should I be very concerned about it?

You might want an MRI of your ankle to see if there is anything else going on. An MRI shows soft tissue as well as bone.
