numb big toes
My two big toes have been numb on and off for the past week and a half.
I run a lot and also waitress, I have noticed that the numbness is much worse after work and exercising.
I also have had problems with my feet during the winter, they will get extremely cold and then turn numb and white.
Is this a circulation problem?
If so, how do I go about fixing it?
Do I see a pidiatrist or another type of expert?

It could be plantar fasciitis. The causes are certainly more than just high arches and weight. I see many patients with this problem and they come in all shapes and sizes.
