Numb feet, loss of toenails

I have deformaties of both feet. Syndactyl of the 2 and 3 toe. Broad big toe which made the appearance of being born with a bunion. I’m 26 yrs old now and was recently pregnant with twins. After delivering my feet swelled up and my toes looked like “baked beans”, after about a week of the swelling, my toenails began to turn brown and two have fallen off, now they have grown back very thick. My toes now have been having a blue tint to the nail beds and now the top of my feet are numb. Had a sore on the side of the big toe that has not healed and has been getting a black center. Should I be worried about diabetes or is this due to my deformaty.

You definitely should be seen by a doctor. Your problems are not likely due to your deformity.
