Numb Toe
I had a suspicious mole removed from my toe yesterday (toe to the right of the center toe) and now there is no sensation in the bottom of my toe.
I noticed this as I was replacing the dressing and cleaning around the stiches.
Although I believe I can still move the toe, I am worried that the feeling will not return.
How can I tell if there has been any permanent damage done?

It might be too soon to tell, but the doctor can address this when you return for suture removal. The nerves in the toe are sensory and not motor nerves, so it is normal to have movement, even if the sensation is altered. It is also very common when a surgery is performed to have numbness. I can not tell you if it is temporary or not though
