numbness and raised inflammaition markers

hi there hope that you can help my wife has been having terrible migraines and pains behind her eyes also numbness and pins and needles in her left hand arm and leg she has had an mri ct and lumber puncture all negative for any nastys or lesions her inflammatory markers are slightly raised but all other bloods coming back normal could it be possible that a problem in the neck area could be causing all of the symptoms listed above she has terrible trouble with her knees annd her neck does seem to click and grind alot and over the years due to her being epeleptic she has had many many falls please help think our doctor is running out of things to do many thanks david
