Numbness in Foot

I have been walking 3-4 miles a day (4-5 times a week) for approximately 1 year now.
I do a mile in about 15 minutes. I buy walking shoes every 6 months.Recently, one of my feet becomes tingly and goes partially numb.
Around the same time I get a pain in the back part of my leg behind me knee.
Any explanation of why this is occuring?

The short answer is possibly you have developed a Morton’s neuroma. Further examination would be indicated to rule out Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome or a low back problem.
