Numbness of left foot

After running for a while or walking in high speeds, my left foot starts to become numb.
I don’t experience any pain it is just annoying when I am trying to finish a work-out.
I do have a bunion on my left foot and not sure if that is the cause.
Do you have any ideas of why this could be happening?

You may have one of the many nerves in your foot getting pinched. You need further evaluation by a podiatrist.
