i broke my knee and it is just about healed and I rhode my bike and it felt like I pulled a mucle or something and then my heel started to go numb I was wonder what I might have done or if it will heal its self
my left heel feels numb when I touch it or walk on it but I can still feel things if I step on something or pinch it but it just feels numb what should I do thanks
