one swollen foot

my right foot has been swollen for a week, doesn’t hurt though. feels a bit numb and heavy and sometimes itches. I feel ok, haven’t got anything else wrong with me, so what should I do??

If this is not normal then I recommend you have it evaluated by a doctor.

the top of my left foot swells regularly, especially around the toes. I am in my thirties, have no pain or injury to the foot, and am in fairly good health. I had a cardio echo carried out over a year ago, when the doctor thought that an ECG detected a heart murmur. I got the all clear and have not worried about it since. I would appreciate your comments and any possible explanation.
